Description
- Being a tutor requires technical experience in multiple subjects to go along with polished interpersonal skills.
- Tutors must be intelligent, engaging, thorough, flexible, and eloquent.
- Tutors will be able to choose their own work hours and locations.
- Schwartz Tutoring provides a training for new tutors to give them an educational framework for their sessions.
- Tutors will also be responsible for correctly recording sessions in the Schwartz Tutoring website.
Compensation and Perks
- Tutoring = 60% of the rate charged to the student(s), minimum $21/hr
- Side Projects = $12/hr
- Flexible work schedule, with an expectation of at least 2 hours per week
Description
- Generate outbound leads using calls, emails, text messages, and social media.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for executives with qualified leads.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Schwartz Tutoring services and product offerings.
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
- Effectively partner and work across internal Schwartz Tutoring teams to educate target markets on products, services, and special offerings.
- Work closely with management and marketing to develop account intelligence, strengthen client relationships, and establish a strong brand presence.
Compensation and Perks
- $13/hr base rate
- Commission for setting qualified appointments and any deals closed
- Flexible work hours, with an expectation of 10 hours per week
- Fully remote work environment
