Miami University Campus Manager
Description
Keep Schwartz Tutoring running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This position averages about 5 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure all tutoring session requests are assigned and fulfilled
- Monitor scheduling and availability to prevent gaps or conflicts
- Conduct bi-semesterly check-ins with tutors to support performance and address concerns
- Respond to student or parent questions via email or phone in a professional, timely manner
- Assist with additional operational, marketing, or administrative projects as needed

- Clear, reliable communicator who follows through on commitments
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
